Originally, humans have always been obliged to act in order to survive. These actions, more or less successful, could lead to prosperity or to death. In our time, salaried work generally reproduces these characteristics with some differences:

How can we find a form of work organization that allows for a salary while providing a work environment that enables the person to thrive as much as possible ?
The liberated companies movement already offers a good starting point.
