A fair system

A society much fairer than current ones

What is a fair society ?

Definition

We define justice as the quality of having rules that are good for the group in the long term.

Depth

Good rules for evolution are critical in the development of a system because they form its fundamental structure. For example, if there were no rules about monetary creation and everyone could determine the sums they own, we would quickly face social collapse.

Even other social animal species seem to need a notion of justice, as behaviors resembling the need for justice have been observed in rats, primates, and even corvids. It appears that a certain notion of justice is so important that it is encoded in DNA. Moreover, we have all felt strong emotions, not originating from conscious processes, when confronted with an unjust situation.

It can also be noted that the notion of justice is deeply embedded in human culture: justice is a fundamental theme in many mythologies, and in the main monotheistic religions, God is the promoter of a divine justice aimed at goodness.

Level of Aesthetics and Complexity

If you fetch a glass of water from your kitchen, you need far less attention to your trajectory than if you were going to the moon. This is a general rule: the more complex a system is, the more carefully its basic rules must be designed. This principle is well-known in all complex fields (e.g., computer science).

The same applies to our social system. As it becomes more complex, it requires a more aesthetic justice. This has consequences in our everyday lives because the lack of fair rules leads to corruption, whether it is ethical corruption, moral, constitutional, legal , or regulatory.

A striking example of the need for aesthetics in complex systems: in a relatively simple system (car, rocket), a bad rule leads to local dysfunction. For example, if you use a poor material for seals, you may have leaks.
In a much more complex system like human society, composed of intelligences, corruption causes a leakage of resources (often money). Because our system is based on intelligences, those benefiting from corruption tend to associate, help each other, and promote pro-corruption interests. Essentially creating a pro-corruption culture and society.
If we scale this phenomenon to a car, it is as if defective seals could join forces to create other problems.

Justice and Comind

A complex study

Improving justice is not simple, which is why we study the question in the understanding section. This must be complemented with experiments to test and improve.

Temporality

A rule of all systems is: what is profound tends to be non-local. Non-local across various dimensions, including time. We will explore why this is true in the higher strata.

For example:

The Timeless Components of Comind

Comind is based on profound principles such as justice, society, logic, and aesthetics. It thus has timeless components that many hold dear and strive to sustain. It is the act of sustaining these principles that brings Comind into existence. This is why Comind cannot be viewed as an entity born and beginning to act at a specific time t.

Instead, it is more effective to see Comind as the result of profound phenomena reaching maturity, such as:

Viewing Comind as a continuity has significant implications because it then becomes logical for justice to be served even for events preceding its existence. Whether through rewards or penalties. Failing to apply this principle of timelessness would pose numerous problems:
